Senior Analyst, Financial Performance – Network Pricing Business Analyst

Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Responsibilities:

\n
• Support the Company’s pharmacy network pricing function with high quality analysis
\n
• Ensure pharmacy network pricing is accurately produced and maintained, including coordination with other business functions
\n
• Lead the implementation, management, and updates of drug lists in accordance with pharmacy contracts or client requests
\n
• Monitor pharmacy network or client drug lists to ensure alignment with industry-standard drug information sources and databases, such as Medi-Span and FDB, and implement required changes based on GPI or other drug-level attributes
\n
• Develop financial models and reporting to support pharmacy access and client-facing specialty drug lists
\n
• Identify potential network pricing variances and drive timely resolution
\n
• Collaborate with other business functions (clinical, underwriting, finance, network) to design, refine, and maintain internal pricing, modeling, and reporting SOPs
\n
• Support analysis and development of pricing models with a focus on continual process improvement
\n
• Support general business needs or ad-hoc analysis, as required
\n

Required Qualifications:

\n
• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree, with record of strong academic performance in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration
\n
• 2+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, actuarial services, accounting, pricing and underwriting, network pricing, or pricing operations
\n
• Prior PBM experience highly preferred
\n
• The ideal candidate will understand pharmacy pricing dynamics and have experience evaluating the financial performance of pharmacy plans with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
\n
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
\n
• Highly analytical; demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data visualization tools (Python or R experience preferred though not required)
\n
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines and executing on deliverables
\n
• Strong attention to detail combined with intellectual and professional curiosity
\n
• Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities
\n

Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
