\nPosition Summary:
\nThis high-performing individual will be responsibility for delivering on our Underwriting Modeling Tool.
\nPosition Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Lead the product development strategy of one or more of Capital Rx’s core product offering within JUDI. \n
- Accountable for predictable and timely delivery of value driven product features. \n
- Collaborate with other PMs, engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features. \n
- Effectively manage and meet stakeholders’ priorities and expectations while assuming the role of a subject matter expert through deep intellectual curiosity and drive to learn. \n
- Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to identify key value-add opportunities. \n
- Analyze product data to derive insights to assist in the prioritization and post release optimization of the products. \n
- Work with design team to conduct user experience testing and research. \n
- Collect and act on feedback from internal stakeholders and external clients to ideate and anticipate new products. \n
- Create and maintain team specific 15 month rolling product roadmap. \n
- Develop business requirements and specification documents. \n
- Perform backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events. \n
- Conduct user testing prior to and post release of functionality to the customer. \n
- Publish value driven release notes and user guides. \n
- Present roadmap updates and product delivery risks to senior leadership. \n
- Manage and execute day-to-day project management functions with regards to the specific products under development. \n
- Support general business needs, as required. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree \n
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role \n
- Experience with pharmacy benefit management, health plans or other health care companies. \n
- Independent ability to conceptualize and translate complex problems into viable solutions that can be delivered incrementally. \n
- Proven track record of operating autonomously and making sound decisions. \n
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a deadline driven environment. \n
- Highly analytical; demonstratable knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data visualization tools. \n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing. \n
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills. \n
- Intellectual and professional curiosity. \n
- Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. \n
- Experience with agile framework; certified Scrum Product Owner preferred. \n
- Experience with Github or similar source code repositories preferred. \n
- Demonstratable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred. \n
Base Salary: $105,000 - $160,000
\nThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
