We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us unlock the next phase of growth by building meaningful, high-impact partnerships across Turkey’s vibrant business, education, and creator ecosystems.
This is a 12-month contract role, based in Istanbul.
Where and how you can work
You’ll have flexibility in how you work, while collaborating closely with Canva’s global and regional teams. We trust our Canvanauts and partners to find the balance that empowers them to do their best work.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA — and that’s all part of the fun.
As our Partnerships Manager for Turkey, you’ll own the full partnerships lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and building pipeline, through to closing deals and growing long-term relationships that deliver real impact.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting Canva’s B2B growth across Canva for Teams, Canva for Business, and Canva for Campus.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
• Building and scaling a high-impact partnerships pipeline across content, SMB, education, events, and campaigns
• Identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships that drive MAU growth, brand visibility, and revenue
• Bringing local Turkish content and IP onto Canva’s platform through partnerships with creators, media, and cultural institutions
• Driving adoption of Canva for Teams, Canva for Business, and Canva for Campus through partnership-led and sales-supported initiatives
• Representing Canva across Turkey’s key business, startup, and education ecosystems
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Product teams to bring partnerships to life
• Tracking performance and continuously optimising partnerships based on data and insights
You’re probably a match if
• You have strong experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth within Turkey
• You’re a natural relationship builder with a strong local network across business, education, or creative industries
• You’re confident negotiating and closing deals that deliver measurable business impact
• You’re both strategic and hands-on — equally comfortable building plans and executing them
• You bring a strong understanding of the Turkish market, culture, and business landscape
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and take full ownership of outcomes
• You’re excited about Canva’s mission and passionate about empowering others to create
About the team
You’ll be part of Canva’s International team, one of our biggest growth drivers globally.
In Turkey, you’ll work closely with the local country team — including Marketing, Community, and Content — as well as global Partnerships and Sales teams.
Together, we’re focused on unlocking scalable growth through deep local partnerships, creative excellence, and strong community connections.
