Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of checkout initiatives, from problem discovery through execution and rollout.
Analysing funnel metrics and experiment results to form hypotheses and drive insight-led decisions.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Payments, Monetisation, Print, International, and Finance.
Translating user needs and business goals into structured roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
Identifying foundational gaps and improving how checkout is localised, extended, and scaled.
Leading the charge on execution quality, ensuring bugs, risks, and dependencies are proactively addressed.
Contributing to a team culture of shared ownership, clear communication, and high-impact thinking.
You're probably a match if
You’re a product manager who thrives at the intersection of craft and impact someone who can simplify complexity, lead with curiosity, and communicate with clarity.
You’re confident navigating ambiguity, comfortable leading delivery, and motivated by results.
You have 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally in monetisation, payments, or platform teams.
You’re fluent in metrics, experimentation, and insight generation not just reporting results, but interpreting what they mean.
You’re proactive in problem-framing and roadmap building, and comfortable making trade-offs and sequencing bets.
You lead by influence and earn trust through clarity, follow-through, and product sense.
You care about great UX but also how to make it scale.
About the team
We're the Monetisation Enablement team at Revenue Platform, building the backbone of Canva's global revenue engine. We manage the systems that let everyone—from solo users to big companies—upgrade and thrive with Canva Pro, Business, and more. Whether it's trying out new plans, offering local payment options, or expanding infrastructure for new business models, we work across the board to make Canva's revenue goals a reality. Our efforts directly boost Canva's growth, trust, and reach, ensuring users everywhere can easily access and pay for Canva's top offerings.
As a PM on the Checkout team, you’ll help shape one of the most critical surfaces in Canva’s monetisation journey. Checkout is where intention becomes conversion and where friction can mean the difference between growth and drop-off. This role is at the intersection of product experience and platform thinking: you’ll lead initiatives that uplift conversion, simplify global flows, and empower other teams to extend and scale the checkout platform. You’ll work across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Payments, and International teams to make paying with Canva fast, relevant, and trustworthy wherever our users are in the world.
