What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
As Growth Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact growth initiatives that accelerate Canva’s adoption, engagement, and market presence across the country.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Identify and unlock opportunities to accelerate growth across multiple levers, from user acquisition and education to local partnerships and communities.
- Analyze performance data, conduct research, and work with local stakeholders to uncover barriers and opportunities in Thailand.
- Balance long-term market strategy with a hands-on approach to driving immediate results.
- Take charge of growth initiatives from idea to execution, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with the Country Manager and internal teams to prioritize efforts and adapt strategies as needed.
You're probably a match if
- You bring 8+ years of leadership experience in growth, partnerships, or operations—ideally within a high-growth SaaS or product-led environment.
- You have a deep understanding of Thailand’s digital ecosystem, with insights into cultural nuances and local consumer behaviours.
- You’re analytically minded, with the ability to translate insights into clear, strategic actions.
- You’re experienced in working cross-functionally and can influence a broad range of stakeholders across product, marketing, content, and regional teams.
- You’re fluent in both Thai and English, with exceptional communication skills.
- You think big and act fast—combining strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset.
- You’re genuinely passionate about Canva’s mission to empower the world to design—and excited to drive that impact in Thailand.
