Job Description
We’re hiring two Talent Acquisition Partners to join our UK team:
- One focused on hiring contingent talent across EMEA – including contractors and freelancers for Canva’s design and marketing teams.
- One focused on permanent hiring across creative, people, finance and more – helping build long-term teams and bring new Canvanauts into the fold.
Both roles offer the chance to shape Canva’s growing team in a meaningful way and partner with some of the most inspiring creatives in the world.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva continues to grow across EMEA, we're looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to help us find exceptional people across a variety of specialties. You’ll work closely with hiring managers in the region, using your recruitment expertise to shape hiring strategies, deliver seamless candidate experiences, and connect brilliant people to meaningful opportunities at Canva. You’ll take a creative, data-informed approach to sourcing, champion inclusive hiring practices, and keep quality at the heart of every hire.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes across one or more specialty areas.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements, craft effective sourcing strategies, and guide best-practice hiring.
- Sourcing and engaging top talent globally using a blend of creativity, data and candidate insight.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and champion of Canva’s values in every candidate interaction.
- Driving inclusive hiring practices to help us build diverse, world-class teams.
- Using data and AI to continuously improve the way we hire from process to experience to quality.
You're probably a match if
- Bring strong experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment, ideally with a track record hiring creative, design or marketing talent (contract or permanent)
- Are passionate about global hiring and excited by cultural nuance, language, and building inclusive teams across borders
- Have built hiring processes from scratch, advised stakeholders, and helped teams grow from the ground up
- Care deeply about diversity and love building teams with varied perspectives and backgrounds
- Thrive in a dynamic environment – juggling competing priorities and wearing multiple hats
- Are curious, creative, and proactive in how you source – you know that great talent isn’t always on LinkedIn
- Know how to bring Canva’s product, culture and mission to life in a way that attracts the right people
