Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Campaign orchestration and reporting: Organise and execute programs, unite stakeholders for seamless delivery. Track and report campaign performance, offering valuable insights.
  • Drive operational efficiencies: Streamline campaign crafting and execution for improved launches and continuous enhancements.
  • Campaign monitoring and optimisation: Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to achieve defined goals.
  • Campaign QA: Ensure operational compliance through pre-launch quality checks
  • Tracking pixel setup: Help deploy site tags to enable marketers to efficiently measure campaign performance
  • Be adaptable: Embrace the dynamic nature of Canva and thrive in an environment where multiple projects run simultaneously. Adaptability, prioritisation, and embracing the learning opportunities in a fast-growing company are vital.

You're probably a match if

  • Possess 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or related fields.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of tools that empower Marketing teams, with an aptitude for quickly mastering new tools, specifically:
    • Email Marketing (Braze or similar platforms)
    • Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager or equivalent)
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and the capability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and defining success metrics.
  • Possess basic HTML knowledge and comprehension of forms/landing page structures. While coding expertise isn't mandatory, a solid understanding of HTML and familiarity with forms/landing page structures is crucial. This knowledge enables the elevation of user experiences and enrichment of marketing strategies.
  • Preferred: Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
