Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora,你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne. You have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

If you're currently residing outside of Australia and are open to relocating, we're here to assist and support you with the visa and relocation process.

What you'd be doing in this role

This is an individual contributor role, where you will lead and be accountable for projects, processes and craft mentorship without having any formal people management responsibilities.

  • You will design, develop and deploy solutions to challenging problems at the intersection of natural language and Design AI – working closely with engineers, product managers and other designers to deliver value to our users
  • You think differently and challenge the status quo in order to design simple, valuable solutions to complex problems
  • You represent the voice of the user within your team (product managers, engineers and other designers), leading regular user-facing research and synthesising findings into valuable insights and actionable recommendations
  • You own complex UX design projects, iteratively testing and learning to devise simple, elegant solutions to complex problems
  • You advocate for best-practice problem-solving, ensuring the team is engaged and actively participating in problem definition and solution design. Build relationships across the company to ensure productive cross-team collaboration
  • You are a confident presenter that can rally the team around a new project and communicate the goals and new concepts to stakeholders

About the Editing AI Group
