  • Advise on data processing agreements with vendors, due diligence and high risk Transfer Impact Assessments
  • Partner with Data, Security, Product and Engineering groups to drive privacy goals forward with alignment and support

We'd love it if you had

  • Relevant legal industry expertise, certified Information Privacy Professional or commitment to obtain certification within 3 months of joining.

  • A strong understanding of key marketing and privacy regulations globally (e.g. GDPR, Data Protection Act (UK), ePrivacy Directive, Australian Privacy Principles, Can-Spam, CPRA, Spam Act, Australian Consumer Law).
  • Experience advising on marketing copy and campaigns that are high volume, including adding disclaimers, ensuring claims can be substantiated, advising on puffery and generally across relevant case law and misleading advertising laws.
