CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative Director of Product Management who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!

As a Director of Product Management, you will
- Lead co-creation, execution, and evolution of the vision, strategy, and roadmap of your product area to ship value at scale and delight users.
- Deliver, innovate, and grow a portfolio of capabilities with crafted user-centric experiences in close collaboration with designers, analysts, data scientists, and researchers.
- Build trusted and impactful cross-functional partnerships within and outside Engage & Risk. Communicate and influence effectively up, across, and down to align and unite teams.
- Elevate and scale our product management function in terms of best practices, processes, and community.
You will thrive here with the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years of work experience across B2C and B2B technology businesses. Experience with insurance and telematics is a plus.
- With 6+ years of product management experience, a track record of delivering ambitious business results and creating experiences that users love. Ideal candidates will have worked on both core product experiences and growth initiatives.
- Humility, scrappiness, and demonstrated ability to motivate teams across organizational boundaries, delivering impact fast amid ambiguity, change, and resource constraints
- Savviness to know when to lead or partner. Enjoys mentoring and uplifting others.
- Exceptional written and oral communication across mediums and audiences
- Passion for data and AI. Voracious learner who keeps abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the space.
- Fluency in SQL to analyze data and identify insights
- Candidate can be based out of Cambridge, MA or Seattle, WA
