CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative operations teammate who wants to make an impact at a growing startup, and help save lives on the road.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the front desk activities of the office, including reception, managing guests
  • Be the point of contact for all office-related items and issues, including inventory, coordinating, working with building maintenance as necessary
  • Coordinating the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., and ensuring accurate inventory and tracking
  • Working with IT taking care of meeting rooms and office equipment (printer, scanner, meeting devices)
  • Administer inbound/outbound mail, packages and correspondence
  • Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed and in compliance
  • Support our employees by booking travel, scheduling meetings, gatekeeping, expense reporting, and other tasks when necessary
  • Assist our HR team and Marketing team with planning and/or coordination of company internal events as well as conferences and speaking events
  • Be a key figure for on-boarding new employees to navigate and get them comfortable in the office
  • Be a proactive member of our team by driving effective changes with the goal of making our office time more productive, more interesting and more fun
  • Complete any additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role, a track record of having an impact creating great working environment is preferred
  • Detail oriented when it comes to supply management, tracking budgets, inventories, etc.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including Croatian and English fluency
  • Self-starter and able to effectively prioritize without approval from above, and yet will evolve those boundaries of when to seek other’s input and approval.
  • Enjoys being challenged and challenging others
  • Demonstrated skills at managing multiple tasks parallel while proactively achieving team goals
  • Precise, accurate work style, strong time management skills
  • Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed information in documents or electronic files
  • Sense of humor, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow
