Clinical Research Statistician
Cadence Solutions
Re‑architecting U.S. healthcare demands speed, precision, and an obsession with details. Cadence is building a remote care delivery system that keeps older people healthy, out of the hospital, and at home. By pairing each patient with a dedicated clinical team that reviews their health every day, versus every few months, we catch issues early and intervene before they escalate. The result: measurably better outcomes for patients and less administrative burden for clinicians.
Today, Cadence supports tens of thousands of active patients nationwide. Our AI‑powered system and scalable clinical model enable proactive, population‑level care. We’re among the fastest‑growing companies in healthtech, and we’re just getting started.
Cadence is looking for a Clinical Research Statistician to own how we design studies, analyze results, and communicate outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of clinical research, claims-based analytics, and commercial strategy.
You will lead applied, real-world evidence efforts that demonstrate the impact of Cadence’s programs to payers, partners, and external audiences. This is not an academic role - success means translating rigorous analysis into clear, defensible stories that support growth, partnerships, and credibility.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Design and defend statistically sound analyses that demonstrate impact across cost, utilization, and outcomes
- Own publication-ready research including study design, documentation, compliance, and submission
- Partner closely with payer- and client-facing teams to support ongoing conversations around clinical research
- Translate complex methods and results into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Collaborate with ops and finance to align outcomes with ROI and cost narratives
- Establish repeatable processes, standards, and reporting for outcomes research across the company
- Act as the internal authority on methodology, assumptions, and research integrity
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- PhD strongly preferred or MBA with a strong foundation in statistics or data science
- 8+ years of experience in applied clinical research, outcomes research, or real-world evidence
- Hands-on experience working with claims data and/or outcomes analyses in a commercial setting
- Advanced proficiency in statistical programming (Python/R/SQL) with the ability to independently extract, validate, and analyze raw data end-to-end.
- Experience in payer, insurance, health services research, or similar environments preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting publication-quality research
- Ability to clearly explain and defend methods and results in commercial and executive settings
- Ability to make defensible calls quickly and iterate as data and the product matures
