We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in scaling our clinical workforce. This role requires expertise in high-volume hiring for clinical roles, strong sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience with Greenhouse. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles including Medical Assistants, LPNs, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Care Delivery Operations, and Health Coaches.
  • Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and create effective interview plans.
  • Maintain disciplined ATS hygiene in Greenhouse including tagging, workflow updates, documentation, and reporting.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience rooted in clarity, communication, and empathy.
  • Contribute to process improvements and TA initiatives that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on clinical hiring.
  • Proven success recruiting for Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, NPs, and/or related healthcare roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (workflows, reporting, tagging, automation, pipeline management).
  • Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, and passive outreach strategies.
  • High level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results.
