Job Summary

Bugcrowd is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team supporting users located around the world.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting users remotely, using various cloud based platforms, as well as managing the physical IT of an office.

They will have experience with performing day to day IT service desk activities, as well as working on implementing new systems and improving existing ones through automation.

**Please note this role is required to be in our Bedford, New Hampshire office

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage cloud based information technology solutions.
  • Management of office computer networks.
  • Provision Equipment, Services and Software for Employee Onboarding
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate corporate IT and data operations
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Ensure security of all implemented IT solutions
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Audit systems, assess their outcomes and address problems
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Collaborate on development and maintenance of IT policies and Business Continuity Plans with engineering infrastructure team
  • Must be able to work assigned hours and on call hours as need by the company

Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience
  • 3+ experience in IT or related industry
  • Must be able to Work assigned hours and on call hours as need by the company
  • Proven work experience with IT in a startup and growing with the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Hands-on experience with helpdesk support, computer networks and managing cloud based solutions.
  • Ability to work very independently, as well as work as part of a small team and and must have strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
  • Systems: MacOS, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Atlassian.
  • Apple Macbook system support and troubleshooting experience is a must.
  • Experience in creating scripts (bash/zsh) and working with Cloud solution APIs is desirable.
  • Must be eager to work hard, to learn many new skills, solve problems, and integrate tightly with the rest of the team

Working Conditions

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Sitting and/or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

Carrying and /or lifting - Must be able to carry/move laptop as needed throughout the work day as well as carry/move other IT equipment within office spaces and handle IT equipment shipments as necessary

Environment - in our Bedford, New Hampshire office 90-100% of the time, dependent on office needs

The provided salary details are based on US national averages and we retain the flexibility to tailor to the needs of the business. The national estimate for the current base range for the IT Specialist position is $83,000 - $100,000.
