Job Summary
Bugcrowd is looking for a Sr. Director of Growth Marketing who has a high acumen in global marketing strategy and demand generation. Particularly relevant experience includes: digital, email, and field marketing program management as well as channel, government, sales development, and revenue operations or pipeline management experience. Strong fits for the role will have a proven track record in digital demand creation and generation, content marketing strategy, International planning, and developing multi-channel integrated campaigns that drive engagement, conversion and pipeline. You will be a critical Go-To-Market leader who will play an integral part of our next phase of growth and will shape our GTM strategy as we continue to grow and scale. You will collaborate with Marketing, Global Sales, Operations and Customer Success teams to develop campaign themes that will drive engagement, pipeline and bookings.
Here’s what you'll do:
- Lead a global team of regional and specialized marketing managers (APAC, EMEA, Global Strategic Programs, Global Demand, Channel, Government) to deliver on segmented pipeline and revenue targets.
- Run a Global Demand Center operating via service model to support the execution of global and specialized campaigns and marketing activity.
- Drive the effectiveness of strategic integrated GTM campaigns
- Monitor the go-to-market funnel and perform regular pipeline generation and opportunity behavior analysis in order to determine strategic levers that optimize growth.
- Develop the vision and plan for both creating and converting demand through the development of high-impact programs and activity across multiple channels.
- Manage the Demand Generation team for optimal dissemination of campaigns across channels, including digital, field and email
- Develop an Account Based Marketing strategy and programs
- Work with the rest of our Go-To-Market team to set and achieve marketing KPIs that allow us to meet pipeline and revenue targets, and regularly communicate performance.
- Ensure that we hit our booking targets by creating a healthy stream of high quality pipeline opportunities for the go-to-market teams to pursue
- Work with Marketing Operations to implement best-practice processes and tools that allow us to measure and report on KPIs across the marketing funnel, effectively track results, and execute on the marketing plan.
- Provide day-to-day support for sales development activities, ensuring that inbound and outbound processes are fully in sync.
- Maintain a reliable funnel forecast and drive internal communications around expected results.
- Align marketing with sales to ensure demand generation campaigns are synchronized with sales strategies and goals
- Build and manage demand generation campaign calendar, communication, and deliverables
Supervisory Responsibility
- Lead a global team of regional and specialized marketing managers (APAC, EMEA, Global Strategic Programs, Global Demand, Channel, Government) to deliver on segmented pipeline and revenue targets.
Experience
- 8+ years of relevant B2B experience managing global demand generation & operations strategy across online and offline channels
- Marketo, SFDC and 6Sense power user
- 5+ years of direct oversight of marketing operations - managing a full marketing tech stack with a bi-directional sync with SFDC
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing multichannel demand generation campaigns and programs with global experience
- Account Based Marketing knowledge, experience and best practices is a must
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
- Ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
- Understanding of Revenue Operations and Opportunity Management mechanics
- Strong technical skill with marketing automation, ABM, SFDC, Outreach, 6sense, and Google Analytics
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communications skills — both written and verbal
- Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration and relationship management skills

The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs.
At Bugcrowd, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position of Sr. Director of Growth Marketing is a base pay range between $187,800 - $230,000.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
