Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates closely with senior management and department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, anticipating and addressing HR-related needs to improve organizational performance and employee engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Partnering:
Work with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and objectives.
Develop HR strategies that support business goals and drive performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
Employee Relations:
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints or conflicts.
Facilitate resolution of employee issues, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Talent Management:
Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams to attract and hire top talent.
Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development programs.
Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Organizational Development:
Identify and address training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Design and deliver training programs and workshops to support employee growth and development.
Implement organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Stay updated on HR trends and legal developments, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare and present reports on HR activities, including workforce analytics, turnover rates, and employee engagement metrics.
Monitor key HR indicators and develop action plans to address areas of concern.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar capacity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Skills:
Deep business insight and understanding of strategic business objectives.
Superior interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
Proficient in HR software, with a preference for ADP experience, and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in providing international HR support, with a preference for experience in Australia and the UK.

The provided salary details are based on US national averages and we retain the flexibility to tailor to the needs of the business. The national estimate for the current base range for the Human Resource Business Partner position is $83,000 - $108,000.
