Brightcove is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Alongside our recruiters, you will collaborate with both hiring managers and candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all stakeholders. Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
  • Tracking recruitment activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist in the execution of other recruiting activities as needed

Qualifications/Experience

  • Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or human resources experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including, but not limited to, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and guide them to closure with minimal supervision
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible, able to change direction quickly
  • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
  • Able to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
