ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will be a trusted partner and assist with the development of the forecasting, management reporting, and budgeting procedures in the company. You will support the FP&A Manager in data analysis as well as executing the company’s strategy and partner in developing internal management financial tools and processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a growth mindset of embracing new technologies for scalability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain detailed and dynamic financial models that are powered by data analytics to update weekly, monthly, and annual budgeting/forecasting.
• Support the preparation and execution of the monthly closing checklist and on-time task completion
• Create ad hoc reports for finance management
• Streamline the month-end closing process as well as other financial processes that are in place
• Assist with board package preparation and management reporting packages.
• Support cross-team projects to strengthen the company in achieving its strategic goals and objectives (e.g. conducting competitive benchmarking analysis)

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (ideally, in a high-growth SaaS business)
• Financial education background
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Great attention to detail
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
• Comfortable working in a flexible start-up environment
• High integrity and the utmost sensitivity when handling confidential information
• Willing to learn and self-motivated

WHAT WILL BLOW OUR MINDS

• FP&A experience from a tech company with $50MM revenue or more
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Experience navigating Tableau or other data visualization software
• Exposure to SQL
