About the role…
We’re hiring a General Manager for Package Acceptance Expansion (EU & LATAM) to lead regional expansion and operational scale. You’ll own the full lifecycle: from territory strategy and partner acquisition to launch, operations, and P&L. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Product, and Finance to roll out package acceptance at scale and drive unit economics across markets.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and execute territory expansion strategies for key EU & LATAM markets
Lead partner acquisition - targeting local retailers, convenience stores, and logistics hubs
Manage full-market rollout, including onboarding, training, launch, and ongoing operations
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team (Sales, Ops, Partnerships)
Monitor unit economics, P&L, KPIs (e.g., adoption, usage, revenue per location), and optimize for scalability
Work closely with legal, product, and finance to ensure compliance, pricing, and unit viability
Run pilots and experiments to validate new models (e.g., lockers, drop-off/pickup)
Develop playbooks, templates, and tools to replicate success across new cities
Your profile
7+ years of B2B or marketplace expansion experience - ideally launching regions in EU or LATAM
Proven success in full-cycle expansion: strategy, localization, partner selling, rollout, and operations
Strong commercial mindset with experience owning P&L and hitting unit economics targets
Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese and one major EU language (e.g., German or French) a strong plus
Excellent cross-functional leadership and team-building experience in high-growth environments
Data-driven and experiment-led: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing outcomes, and iterating
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, bias‑for‑action attitude with ability to thrive amid ambiguity
Willingness to travel frequently across EU & LATAM markets
