🧑💻 About the role
Are you passionate about travel and social media? Do you love curating engaging content that inspires audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn? If so, we’re looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to join our team at Bounce for one day per week.

Content Curation & Planning:
Coordinate with the Growth and Brand teams to ensure posts are aligned with the high level strategy.
Leverage our social media playbook to curate content from various sources.
Collect and organize videos from creators and influencers into a database.
Prioritize content creation based on performance data.

Post Execution & Publishing:
Use Canva templates to create engaging social posts.
Curate content around key themes (e.g., Paris travel guides).
Source and organize B-roll footage.
Write captions in an engaging and optimized format, including relevant keywords, hashtags, and trends to enhance visibility.
Cross-post influencer and UGC videos across multiple social platforms.
✅ Your profile
Someone with prior social media experience (ideally in travel, lifestyle, or tech).
Strong organizational skills – able to juggle multiple platforms & content types.
Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn best practices.
Ability to source, curate, and repurpose content effectively.
A passion for travel and storytelling.
Nice to have: basic filming/editing skills to capture behind-the-scenes or team related content
