🧑‍💻 About the role

As the Senior Growth Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of Bounce’s customer base and market presence. You will be responsible for leading and executing growth strategies across multiple channels, including product-led growth, SEO, paid acquisition, and exploration of emerging channels such as paid social and out-of-home (OOH) advertising. This role requires a mix of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Product Growth: Lead Demand product teams to identify and execute strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • SEO Strategy: Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversion rates, including keyword optimisation, technical SEO, and content strategy.

  • Paid Acquisition: Design, execute, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and emerging channels.

  • Maps Acquisition: Maximise growth opportunities by optimising the discovery of Bounce’s services into map platforms like Google Maps and Apple Maps.

  • Emerging Channels: Explore, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels, including paid social media, influencer marketing, and OOH campaigns.

  • Demand Partnerships: Lead a function of Business Development to find and partner with strategic brands and products for demand gen.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse performance data, generate insights, and refine strategies to achieve growth targets. Own key metrics, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, product, and engineering teams to align growth efforts with broader company goals.

  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

✅ Your profile

  • Proven track record of leading growth initiatives at a high-growth startup or established tech company.

  • Experience in consumer products and or Marketplaces is required.

  • Deep understanding of product-led growth, SEO, paid acquisition, and analytics.

  • Familiarity with testing and scaling emerging channels such as paid social and OOH advertising.

  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.

  • Experience in hiring and managing a high performance Product or Growth Teams.
