🧑‍💻 About The Role

Bounce is hiring an Account Executive, you will be responsible for signing hotels onto Bounce’s platform and covering multi-markets, by doing a combination of inside and outside sales activities. This is a full-time position, operating remote.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in

  • You will grow Bounce’s Hotel network
  • You will be expected to own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing and successfully onboard new partners
  • Work closely with your manager to identify areas for expansion

✅ Your profile

  • +2 years of previous experience as an Account Executive
  • Experience with full cycle sales in a startup environment, selling to hospitality industry
  • High-energy individual with a strong desire to learn and achieve top results
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipeline
  • Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor
  • Comfortable with rejection / hearing "no"
  • Charismatic, positive, “can-do” attitude over the phone and in-person
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic who’s looking to contribute directly to the company’s success
  • Confidence in face-to-face interaction and outside sales with local businesses
  • Self-motivated and self-directed: able to work independently and as an active member of the team
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the US and Europe to engage with potential partners and industry stakeholders.
