🧑‍💻 About The Role

Bounce is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our team. This is an onsite position in Lisbon. This key role will focus on expanding our team across various departments by sourcing top talent. You will be responsible for defining hiring strategies, optimizing hiring processes, and finding great talent to be part of Bounce.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently fill open positions.
  • Proactively source candidates through a combination of inside and outside recruitment activities, including networking, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and devise effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Continuously work on improving the recruiting process and enhancing employer branding.

✅ Your profile

  • Must be fluent in English
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, in a startup environment, with a strong understanding of roles and departments
  • Experience recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles
  • High-energy individual with a robust desire to drive recruitment efforts and achieve significant outcomes
  • Skilled in negotiation and comfortable with high-volume recruitment activities.
  • Resilient to rejection and able to maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude in various recruiting scenarios.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic, looking to directly contribute to the company’s success.
  • Ability to self-manage and work towards goals independently.
