🧑‍💻 About The Role

As the Regional Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for 1/3 of the world. You will be in charge to drive growth, define local partnerships strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.

👷🏾‍♀️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • You will be responsible for managing and further developing a team of Market Launchers & Market Managers.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships, aligning with our vision and goals.
  • Monitor and optimize net retention metrics, focusing on revenue expansion.
  • Owning sales and account management teams performance, coaching, developing and driving your team to meet goals.
  • You will partner closely with the Growth team to focus on acquisition of partners and marketing initiatives.

✅ Your profile

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced marketplace (delivery or travel)
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successful market expansion and partnership acquisition
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to travel within the APAC region
  • Strong leadership & people management skills with a focus on building and developing high performing teams
