🧑‍💻 About The Role

Bounce is hiring a Market Manager for US who will manage our market, by building strong relationships with our partners and creating a smooth end-to-end acquisition and customer experience. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. You will ensure orders go smoothly from the point of sale and even after the sale.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in

  • Define and monitor together with our Operations Team goals for your region
  • Help drive product initiatives in your territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, while keeping a consistent channel of communication with our key accounts
  • Discovering unknown unknowns from those offering our service, and partnering with product and engineering to improve our product
  • Drive quality initiatives to improve the experience our partners are providing to our users
  • Define local marketing and partnership initiatives with our Growth Team
  • Visiting key markets in person

✅ Your Profile

  • 3+ years experience in the same field or a proven track record in a similar position
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders to develop and negotiate directives
  • Fluent in English
  • Confidence and ability to build rapport while on the phone
  • Analytical, strategic thinker and with great influencing skills
  • Ability to synthesize, develop, and present clear and concise recommendations
  • Ability to handle deliverables simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Eagerness to travel
  • Go-getter attitude
