We aim to build the “OS for brick & mortar SMB stores” powering new revenue channels at the "flip of a switch."We have global offices in San Francisco and Lisbon and are backed by some of the top investors in Silicon Valley and have an outstanding team that is continuously pushing the edge on what we can achieve.Bounce is hiring an Account Manager who will manage our key clients by building strong relationships with our partners and create a smooth end to end sales and customer service experience. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. You will ensure orders go smoothly from point of sale and even after sale.Where you come in
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with top partners in Japan
  • Discovering unknown unknowns from those offering our service
  • Creating business opportunities by setting effective and strategic sales plans
  • Continuing to push for highest quality
  • Maintaining clear and effective client communication and delivering positive customer experience
  • Monitoring feedback from partners and relaying this into actionable measures to the respective function within the team
  • Distributing signage to top partners
  • Visiting key markets in person
  • Pitching new verticals

What it takes to succeed
  • 2+ years experience in the same field or a proven track record in a similar position
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders to develop and negotiate directives
  • Japanese Native
  • Fluent in Japanese (and other languages such as Korean would be a plus)
  • Fluent in English
  • Confidence and ability to build rapport while on the phone
  • Analytical, strategic thinker and with great influencing skills
  • Ability to synthesize, develop, and present clear and concise recommendations
  • Ability to handle deliverables simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Eagerness to travel
  • Go-getter attitude
