You will drive growth by developing and executing a product strategy aimed at acquiring and retaining customers. This is a strategic role with where you will have a great deal of ownership and impact.Bounce was founded in San Francisco and has since relocated to the gorgeous and sunny Lisbon, Portugal! - Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue generation for our luggage storage product
- You will leverage different acquisition channels such as SEO and AdWords, measuring the outcomes of your initiatives through A/B testing data analysis.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities within our product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth marketing, engineering, design, and data science, to align growth initiatives with product roadmap and business goals
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experiences and conversion funnels
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, propose actionable solutions, and drive product enhancements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on growth & user acquisition
- Experience at a high-growth tech startup
- You have experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools; you are at ease with SEO and AdWords, with a solid understanding of keyword research and on-page optimization
- You have strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven and pragmatic
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
