About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Recruitment & HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring, ensure seamless HR processes and support. This role will serve as the backbone of HR operations while contributing to a strong talent experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business units sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Maintain Hiring dashboards, trackers, and trends.
• Coordinate with external consultants/vendors where needed.
• Assist in candidate and employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
Key Skills & Attributes
• Exposure to HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience Required: 1–2 years in IT and Non-IT Recruitment
Location: Bangalore (in-office)
Schedule: 4 Days Work From Office + 1 Day Work From Home (Flexi Hours)
