What You’ll Do

Build and grow the developer community

• Identify and connect with high-signal open-source projects, maintainers, builders, and contributors who can benefit from Bolna AI.
• Help developers get started, troubleshoot integrations, and become power users of the platform.
• Build authentic relationships within developer ecosystems across GitHub, Discord, Slack communities, Hacker News, Reddit, and X (Twitter).

Tell Bolna’s story in developer-first ways

• Share technical insights, product updates, implementation patterns, and Voice AI learnings in formats developers actually care about.
• Start meaningful conversations within engineering communities instead of broadcasting announcements.
• Represent Bolna AI in online and offline developer ecosystems.

Create technical content that teaches and inspires

• Write high-quality tutorials, integration guides, API walkthroughs, and technical deep dives.
• Create demos, sample apps, starter templates, code snippets, videos, and developer onboarding flows.
• Experiment with content formats ranging from threads and blog posts to short-form videos and live demos.

Own the developer experience

• Ensure our documentation is world-class: accurate, approachable, and easy to follow.
• Continuously improve onboarding flows and setup experiences based on developer feedback.
• Work closely with engineering to improve APIs, SDKs, tooling, and platform usability.

Become the voice of the developer inside Bolna

• Collect honest feedback from developers and customers.
• Translate field insights into actionable product improvements and prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Founders to shape the roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience contributing to open-source projects or participating in developer communities.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers across multiple mediums — from technical writing and tweets to demos and conference talks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, MCPs, tool calling workflows, automation ecosystems, and integrations.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tooling such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar workflow platforms.
• Hands-on builder mindset with the ability to prototype, experiment, and move quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership and comfort working in fast-moving startup environments.

Good to Have

• Experience working with AI products, Voice AI, LLMs, agents, or conversational systems.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or backend development workflows.
• Experience creating technical content, demos, or educational developer resources.
• Public speaking experience at hackathons, meetups, conferences, or workshops.
• Experience working in early-stage startups.
