Now, we’re looking for someone to own and scale how our platform integrates with the world.
Role: Integration Engineer
We’re looking for an Integration Engineer to build features and expose capabilities that power our real-time Voice AI platform.
This is an early, high-impact role where you’ll help shape the foundation of our product and directly influence its reliability, scalability, and performance.
Our team is composed of IIT alumni who have worked at Bain, Atlassian, and Zomato, and we’re backed by top-tier investors.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of integrations between Bolna AI and external platforms (CRMs, automation tools, and no-code/low-code ecosystems)
- Identify, prioritize, and ship high-impact integrations by working closely with product, engineering, and business teams, grounded in real customer needs and market demand
- Design and build robust, scalable integrations end-to-end from APIs and architecture to testing, deployment, and long-term maintenance
- Create exceptional developer experiences through clear documentation, sample projects, and intuitive integration guides
- Build and operate systems to monitor integration health, proactively detect issues, and debug failures in production
- Continuously improve integrations based on user feedback, usage patterns, and performance metrics
- Stay on the frontier of the ecosystem - evaluate emerging platforms, explore partnership opportunities, and rapidly execute on integrations that unlock growth
- Act as the internal owner of integrations at Bolna AI, ensuring reliability, scalability, and speed across everything we ship
Best fit
- Experience with Python
- Strong backend/integration experience (APIs, webhooks, system design)
- Experience with SaaS integrations, automation tools, or developer platforms
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments
