- Own Bolna's narrative in the market - website copy, messaging, and founder thought leadership
- Translate technical product depth (orchestration, multi-language, latency) into crisp business value for CXOs and operations heads
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, messaging hierarchy, and competitive positioning
- Run a consistent content calendar - case studies, LinkedIn, newsletters, SEO blogs
- Turn customer wins (Spinny, Snabbit, Varun Beverages) into sharp, shareable stories
- Ghostwrite for founders across LinkedIn and industry publications
- Own the top-of-funnel for the enterprise pipeline - webinars, events, and partnerships
- Work closely with sales to build sector-specific collateral (BFSI, e-commerce, recruitment)
- Track content-to-pipeline attribution and iterate quickly
- Place Bolna in the right industry conversations - AI, SaaS, BFSI, HR tech
- Manage press relationships and coordinate funding and milestone announcements
- Build Bolna's developer community presence alongside the product team
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing - ideally at a SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech company
- Has owned a content calendar and consistently shipped - not just strategized
- Can write. Not βcan brief an agency.β Can sit down and write a case study, a LinkedIn post, or a founder op-ed that lands
- Understands enterprise buyers - knows the difference between what a CXO cares about vs. what a dev team cares about
- Comfortable being the only marketer in the room - sets their own priorities and moves without handholding
- Some familiarity with demand generation mechanics: SEO, webinars, lead tracking, CRM
- Has marketed to BFSI, e-commerce, or HR tech verticals
- Has ghostwritten for a founder or executive with a public following
- Experience at a startup that grew fast and figured out distribution early
- Knows the Indian enterprise SaaS landscape - the buyers, publications, and events
- First marketing hire at a YC F25 company backed by General Catalyst - you're building the function, not joining one
