At Bolna AI, we're building the Voice AI stack that Indian enterprises run in production - with 1,500+ paying customers, 250K+ daily calls, and support for 10+ Indian languages, growing at 15% MoM.
Our PLG customer base is as diverse as it gets - resellers building businesses on top of Bolna, indie developers closing serious contracts, and startups scaling fast on our infrastructure. We need someone who can serve all of them well without dropping the ball on any.
We're looking for someone who owns the post-sales experience for every pay-as-you-go customer.
Our team is composed of IIT alumni who have worked at Bain, Atlassian, and Zomato, and we are backed by top investors including General Catalyst and Y Combinator.

What You'll Own :

  • Lead and manage the Forward Deployed Engineering team
  • Own relationships with high-growth and high-value clients - resellers, scaling startups, and power users operating at significant scale
  • Templatize the pilot and reseller onboarding experience so it becomes repeatable, fast, and scalable without repeated manual effort
  • Build systems that enable the team to handle long-tail customers efficiently without sacrificing experience quality
  • Identify churn signals early and act before they become problems
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to close the loop on customer feedback

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-7 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management at a rapidly growing startup or consulting firm
  • Prior experience managing a team and a strong understanding of what good looks like
  • Comfortable managing relationships with both scrappy indie developers and large reseller partners
  • Systems thinker - when something breaks, your instinct is to fix the process, not just the ticket
