Zero to One Team | Full-time | Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Find and validate the problem worth solving
• Talk to enterprises at scale - BPOs, Banks, Telcos, Government - and identify where Voice AI is failing them and why
• Develop a sharp point of view on which problem is large enough, painful enough, and underserved enough to build on
• Run fast, scrappy experiments to validate demand before committing to a direction
• Build the 0 to 1 motion, owning everything from first customer conversation to signed contract
• Design what the solution looks like, how it gets delivered, and what success means for the customer
• Write the playbook as you go - there isn't one yet
• Build something you'd be proud to run independently

Qualifications:

• You've been thinking about starting a company and want to do the hard thing first before going solo
• Founder energy: you're energized by a blank canvas
• Comfortable navigating large Indian enterprises without a warm intro and a deck full of logos
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a high-growth startup
