Responsibilities:

1. Architect and build beautiful, fast, and scalable user-facing features for our Voice AI console.
2. Own the frontend stack across our AI agent builder, real-time monitoring dashboards, and customer workflows.
3. Work closely with designers and founders to turn abstract concepts into elegant, production-ready UIs.
4. Collaborate with backend and ML engineers to integrate real-time voice, LLM outputs, and analytics into seamless experiences.
5. Create high-quality, maintainable React components and improve our design system over time.
6. Set the tone for code quality, performance best practices, and frontend reliability as we scale to thousands of concurrent voice sessions.

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with React (or similar frameworks).
2. Strong foundation in TypeScript, component-driven architecture, and state management.
3. Deep understanding of async patterns, real-time data flows, and event-driven UIs.
4. Experience consuming APIs and working closely with backend teams (REST, WebSockets, streaming APIs).
5. Strong product intuition - you can break down ambiguous problems and ship quickly.
6. High ownership mindset - you bias toward action and love building end-to-end.
