Responsibilities:

1. Architect and deliver user-facing features for our Voice AI platform that are scalable, fast, and production-ready.
2. Work hands-on with customers to deeply understand their needs and design AI agents that fit real-world hiring workflows.
3. Convert abstract ideas into tested, deployable solutions with quick iteration cycles.
4. Collaborate with our core engineering team to evolve and design low-latency streaming pipelines handling 10,000+ concurrent voice sessions with strict performance SLAs.

Required Skills:

1. You have 3 - 5+ years building high-throughput distributed systems and scalable backend systems in Python, ideally with FastAPI (or similar frameworks), and deploying with Docker/Kubernetes.
2. Strong fluency with asyncio, event loops, and concurrency patterns (multithreading, multiprocessing).
3. Hands-on experience with WebSockets, LLMs, or agent-based architectures.
4. High ownership mindset - you prefer building over waiting, and clarity over perfection.
5. Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and making pragmatic decisions.
