About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance Operations Lead to help manage day-to-day finance operations at Bolna, a fast-growing SaaS startup.
This role sits between founders, external CAs, and customers. You’ll help keep financial data clean, track payments, prepare monthly reports, and ensure basic finance hygiene as the company scales.
This is a great role for someone early in their finance career who wants hands-on startup exposure and ownership.
What you’ll do
- Manage coordination with CA firms in India and the US for compliance, filings, GST, TDS, ROC, audits and payments
- Track and maintain compliance calendars, certificates, and documentation
- Prepare monthly finance trackers and summaries covering revenue, expense & burn
- Managing cash flows, vendor payments, and contracts
- Track invoices, collections, and vendor payments
- Maintain structured finance trackers and records for Founder ready Insights
- Supporting financial governance post-fundraise
- Support leadership with ad-hoc financial data and reporting
What we’re looking for
- Experience in finance ops, accounting, or early-stage startup finance
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Prior SaaS or startup exposure is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working with external CAs or finance agencies
- Basic understanding of revenue vs cash flow
- Experience with invoicing or accounts receivable
