At Bolna, we’re building tools that change the way teams leverage Voice AI.
We’re looking for a Lead GTM (Go-To-Market) Leader to own and scale the commercial engine of Bolna. This is a high-impact, early role where you’ll directly drive revenue, shape our brand, and build a GTM motion trusted by enterprises across the globe.
We’re a YC F25 startup - profitable, $300K+ ARR, and growing at rocket speed with a lean team of <10 builders.

Responsibilities

  • Own Bolna’s GTM funnel end-to-end: outbound prospecting, managing inbound interest, and converting opportunities into high-value enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage a global client pipeline across sectors like BFSI, E-commerce, Edtech, and Healthcare.
  • Lead and scale a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Play a pivotal role in Bolna’s brand building - representing us at online channels, conferences, and ecosystem events.
  • Work closely with founders and engineering leadership to align GTM with product direction and customer feedback.


Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in high-growth tech startups, Tier-1 consulting, or VC firms.
  • Exceptional multitasking and communication skills, you’ll operate with the same context-switching, narrative-driven mindset as a founder.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
  • High ownership mindset, you prefer building over waiting, and clarity over perfection.


Bonus

  • Prior experience building GTM motions from 0 → 1 in startups.
  • Track record of closing enterprise-scale deals or running complex stakeholder negotiations.
  • Demonstrated personal brand (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, podcasts, writing) or public speaking experience.
