🛠️ The Commercial Team @ Bloom & Wild
Our team cares wildly about delivering ambitious and profitable growth across all of our markets and brands. We’re firmly focused on operating profit, whilst also keeping an eye on the long term commercial view, and our wider business goals, in everything that we do.

We know where we’re headed, and we’re all ready to jump in to support each other to get there.
We’re a distributed team, with team members across the UK and Europe. We work with almost all other functions across the business, and are really proud of our ability to collaborate effectively. We're always looking for ways to connect and work together; making use of both our virtual tools and our lovely offices. We try to come together as a full team once a year in either London or Amsterdam for an offsite, and throughout the rest of the year we gather in our respective country teams as frequently as we can!
💻 What you’ll be doing
Reporting to Sam (Head of Commercial for UK & Ireland), you’ll work closely with our Brand and Marketing teams, as well as a range of other stakeholders to support the growth of our Bloom & Wild brand in the UK! You’ll work on our strategy for UK commercial partnerships, with the goal of acquiring new customers and generating orders in the UK.
⚙️ Responsibilities will include:
- Based on an understanding of Bloom & Wild’s goals, and learnings from previous partnerships, identify and prioritise partners to seek new growth opportunities.
- Reach out to brands / companies / influencers, and own the pipeline of potential targets
- Arrange meetings, pitch partnership proposals, and represent Bloom & Wild
- Create or update assets required to support the outreach (such as pitch decks, terms & conditions templates)
- Work closely with our commercial team to structure partnerships, and with our brand, creative and marketing teams to supply and assets required for the partnership
- Taking primary responsible for the launch and ongoing management of commercial partnerships
- Evaluate the success of campaigns
- Work closely with peers across other markets to knowledge share
- Ad hoc projects & tasks, such as merchandising, elements of trading during peak, supporting B2B customers.

- Are a recent or current graduate looking for a 12 month (full time) placement (with some flexibility on length, e.g if 9 months is preferred)
- Previous sales, partnerships, or account management experience is a plus
- You have collaborative style that enables you to work with a range of different people and teams and allows for open and inclusive discussion
- You’re analytical and excited about problem-solving
- Have a strong interest in international business, marketing or economics
- You care about the detail
- You’re enthusiastic, passionate and keen to deliver impactful results
