About Us

At Blank Street, we believe that rituals matter, and that great rituals make your life better. With coffee shops across the US and UK, we are working to transform the high street grab-and-go coffee transaction into an experience that is higher in quality, hospitality, and joy.

What’s Brewing?

We are looking for a business leader to lead Blank Street’s US Finance function. As our Senior Finance Manager, your core objective will be to help build a world-class financial planning and analysis function that provides support & fuel to the company's growth initiatives. You will start off as an Independent Contributor for 5-6 months with support from outsourced AP and Payroll teams as well as from the internal Finance team members to get familiar with our business and procedures (operational accounting, month-end close, inventory management, AP/AR, treasury, tax, payroll etc.)

The Senior Finance Manager will also build out the Strategic Finance arm of the US Finance function and lead the financial modeling and analysis of growth initiatives, Blank Street’s 5-year growth plan and 3-year budget for the US market. As we grow the brand further, you will be responsible for evaluating if we need additional team members who would be reporting into you.

This role is an in-person position at our New York Office. The US Senior Finance Manager will report into the Global Head of Finance and have a dotted line to the US Managing Director.
