About Us

At Blank Street, we believe that rituals matter and that great rituals make your life better. With coffee shops across the US and UK, we are working to transform the high street grab-and-go coffee transaction into an experience that is higher in quality, hospitality, and joy.

Our Values

  • Magic is in the Details: We value attention to detail in everything we do. We're always thinking about the small things that make a moment meaningful.
  • Move as One: We value people who strive to be the best team player, not individual stars.
  • “My Home is Your Home” Hospitality: We look for individuals who treat others the same way they'd treat a guest in their home. We care about presentation, hospitality, and having fun even when things are stressful.

What’s Brewing...

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the vital bridge between our Supply Chain Team and Field Teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will partner directly with our Field Management to communicate changes, manage daily challenges and facilitate seamless operational execution. You will be also involved in supply chain projects and other cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Own

  • Supplier Issue Management: You'll collaborate with our GMs to address and resolve supplier-related issues, communicate top-down supplier issues, and address bottom-up delivery discrepancies and Field Management complaints.
  • Supplier Relationship: You'll maintain relationships with Key Account Managers on the supplier end, serving as the primary point of contact for GMs to escalate issues.
  • Ordering and Inventory Communication: You'll manage and communicate store ordering par levels for food, beverages, and other items as per procurement team guidance.
  • Process Improvement: You'll identify opportunities for improving our supply chain processes, work with your manager to optimize these processes, and oversee their implementation.
  • SKU movements in the business/shops: You'll lead the implementation of new SKUs in-store, coordinating between suppliers and GMs, especially for seasonal menu drops and new vendor introductions.
  • Inventory Management: You'll ensure adherence to core inventory management processes by GMs/AGMs, including verifying inventory counts and following up on received orders.
  • Project Collaborator:
    • Assist in cross-functional projects by aiding in project management, collecting feedback, creating presentations, giving supply chain insights and bringing great ideas to the table
    • Contribute to new product and innovation projects by conducting benchmarking, market research, and keeping up with current trends in London and the global coffee market.

Who You Are

  • Effective Communicator: You excel in conveying information clearly and effectively to both internal and external operators. You can effectively manage the delivery of information to all key stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects.
  • Problem Solver: You thrive in identifying and addressing supply chain issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily operations.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and adherence to procurement guidelines.
  • Collaborative: You work well with different teams and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Proactive: You are always identifying ways to improve current processes and are proactive in communicating with Senior Supply Chain Manager on how to implement these improvements to enhance our operational efficiency.
