What’s the role?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events and Experiences Manager to join our team in a full-time, in-person capacity at our office. This role will be instrumental in executing bespoke brand events and nationally scaled evergreen experiences that elevate the Bilt member experience.
In this role, you will…
- Execute end-to-end planning and management for premium brand events, including venue selection, vendor management, and white-glove event coordination.
- Support the implementation of scalable, evergreen event programs across multiple markets
- Manage event budgets and track expenses while maintaining premium quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Member Services, Partnerships) to ensure flawless event execution and alignment with brand positioning
- Develop and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and service providers
- Maintain detailed documentation of event processes, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Create post-event analysis reports focusing on member satisfaction and brand impact
- Handle logistics for member experiences and partner activations
- Manage guest lists and invitation processes for a variety of event types
- Ensure consistent premium quality across all nationally scaled programs
- Assist in conceptualizing innovative event experiences that align with Bilt's brand
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in event planning or similar premium brand role
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact internally and externally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to maintain composure in fast-paced situations
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for events
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with luxury or premium lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of the real estate or financial services industry
- Experience in scaling event programs across multiple markets
- Previous experience working with membership or rewards programs
- Understanding of luxury marketing principles
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally as needed

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
