The Web Publisher, SMB will be responsible for managing, publishing, and updating digital marketing assets across the Commerce SMB websites. This role ensures timely execution of web content and campaign launches, maintaining brand and quality standards while supporting conversion rate optimization (CRO) and content marketing colleagues. The ideal candidate excels at using CMS platforms, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven SaaS environment focused on small businesses under $5M in annual revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • Publish web content including landing pages, blog posts, promotional banners, multimedia, and campaign assets using our CMS and digital tools

  • Collaborate closely with CRO specialists and content marketing managers to ensure all website updates support conversion and user experience goals

  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and regulatory requirements, performing detailed QA before launch

  • Maintain web publishing calendar, coordinate release schedules, and efficiently manage publishing requests from team members

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with web assets and manage basic code changes (HTML/CSS) as needed

  • Track and report on website performance metrics, supporting data-driven improvements and optimizations

  • Support cross-functional digital initiatives by partnering with marketing, product, and customer success teams for campaign launches and new features

  • Stay current with web publishing technology, usability trends, and SaaS industry best practices

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

  • 2+ years’ experience in web publishing, digital production, or related marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) and basic HTML/CSS

  • Understanding of SEO, UX, and web analytics platforms

  • Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player in a dynamic, growth-focused environment

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
