The Director of EMEA Marketing will lead demand generation strategies and comprehensive marketing programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, driving brand presence, customer engagement, and pipeline growth in the region. This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing demand generation, field events, branding, and partner marketing initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives and sales targets in the EMEA region. The Director, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and global marketing teams, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Revenue Growth: Architect and deploy high-impact, data-driven demand generation campaigns—leveraging marketing automation and advanced lead nurturing—to accelerate qualified pipeline growth and revenue performance.

  • Field Events & Engagement: Conceptualize and execute region-wide trade shows, industry events, virtual webinars, and customer-exclusive experiences. Oversee all logistics, budgeting, and post-event performance analysis to elevate ROI and engagement.

  • Brand & Market Influence: Amplify brand positioning across EMEA through tailored PR initiatives, influencer and content collaborations, and strategic visual merchandising—anchoring global brand vision with localized storytelling.

  • Partner & Channel Marketing: Drive co-marketing efforts with channel partners and strategic alliances to extend reach in local markets. Cultivate strong partner relationships, strategize joint campaigns and events, and manage shared budgets for maximum demand lift.

  • Stakeholder Alignment & Insights: Collaborate cross-functionally with EMEA sales teams, product development, and global marketing to ensure unified messaging and goal alignment. Provide transparent reporting on KPIs and ongoing strategies to executive leadership.

  • Team Development & Enablement: Lead, mentor, and inspire a regional marketing team; provide coaching on best-in-class tools, campaign execution techniques, and strategic thinking to elevate team performance.

  • Budget Planning & ROI Accountability: Own the EMEA marketing budget—forecast expenditures, track campaign metrics, and continually pivot strategies to maximize ROI while meeting aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Extensive leadership experience in marketing, with a strong background in demand generation, field events, branding, and partner/channel marketing in the EMEA region.

  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale campaigns, events, and cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
