About the Role
We are hiring a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and support two major cross-functional initiatives at Commerce:
Systems Transformation Program (75%)
A multi-phase program focused on the migration to a new Salesforce Lightning instance and the re-architecture of associated business applications.
Feedonomics Delivery Operations Automation (25%)
A partnership between Product, Engineering, and Operations to automate and streamline manual workflows within our Feedonomics service delivery model.
This role reports directly to Daniel Lentz (CFO) and works closely with the Transformation Program Leader (also reporting to the CFO), functional project managers, and senior stakeholders across BT, Data, RevOps, Product, and Operations.
What You’ll Do:
Program Leadership & Execution
Lead integrated program planning across the Salesforce migration and automation initiatives, ensuring workstreams are aligned, dependencies mapped, and risks mitigated
Drive detailed program schedules and project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Manage daily activities of scope management, project, and resource planning, progress tracking, proactive risks and issues management, cross-functional/stakeholder and leadership communication
Coordinate across internal project managers (Business Applications, Data, RevOps, Services, Product, and Engineering) and external vendors where applicable
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Transformation Program Leader to ensure Systems Transformation risks, blockers, and decisions are surfaced and communicated with urgency and clarity
Work closely with Feedonomics Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to ensure project alignment and progress tracking for automation efforts
Reporting & Communication
Drive weekly program updates and executive reporting for both initiatives, including materials for the CFO, transformation leads, and steering committees
Facilitate key forums such as cross-functional syncs, risk reviews, and planning retrospectives
Execution Management
Maintain project health dashboards, risk logs, dependency trackers, and mitigation strategies
Ensure accountability across project contributors and follow up on action items with urgency and tact
Who Are You:
5+ years of experience in technology project and program management, as a technical project manager leading medium to large software development projects/programs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of experience
Strong understanding of enterprise systems transformation—ideally including Salesforce or CRM migrations
Proven ability to coordinate workstreams across business, technical, and operational teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and effective under ambiguity and time pressure
Bonus Points
Experience in SaaS or enterprise software, especially in operations, business systems, or delivery services
Background working with automation initiatives or AI/ML-powered delivery tools
Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce.
PMP or Agile certification is preferred but not required

Please Note: This is a hybrid position that requires onsite presence a minimum of two (2) days per week. Candidates must be able to commute to the designated office location as part of their regular work
(Pay Transparency Range: $120,000.00 - $202,000.00)
The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
