As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Analytics Analyst to help shape our data infrastructure and lead the development of impactful, scalable dashboards. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, transformative environment and is motivated by big growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and development of streamlined dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights, supporting quick, data-driven decision-making across the organization
Champion best practices for data visualization and dashboard design, ensuring high-impact and efficient solutions that inspire others
Use advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets, turning raw data into valuable business intelligence.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and the analytics team
Build sustainable, scalable analytics processes and tools that promote repeatability and knowledge sharing within the team
Collaborate with Operations Executives, GTM, and Strategic Operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights that address key challenges and opportunities
Maintain subject matter expertise in business metrics and measurement controls, working closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent, actionable reporting
Work with the Data Warehouse team to define data requirements and ensure consistency in metrics, historical tracking, troubleshooting, and documentation
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in data analytics, with advanced SQL skills and the ability to analyze large datasets to drive business insights.
5+ years of experience creating and optimizing dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools
A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Business Administration, Finance, Economics) or equivalent work experience required, Master’s degree is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data and insights to non-technical audiences
A creative, scientific problem solver with a business-oriented mindset, who can apply quantitative analysis to drive decisions
An eager learner who quickly absorbs new information and seeks answers independently but collaborates when needed
A strong team player who excels in cross-functional roles and has experience influencing teams without direct authority
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to solve complex problems in ambiguous situations
Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a strong focus on delivering results
Familiarity with eCommerce or SaaS metrics is a plus.
Exposure to Python or similar scripting languages is a plus, but not required

(Pay Transparency Range: $88,000-$149,000)
The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
