The Tech Partner Content Administrator plays a critical role in shaping the success of BigCommerce's Partner Ecosystem by overseeing both content administration and cross-selling optimization. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering successful partnerships, and maximizing program efficacy through curated content, seamless collaboration, and data-driven insights. By leading initiatives to enhance partner enablement and solution attachment, this position directly impacts the overall partner experience and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Leadership:
    • Lead cross-functional ceremonies to optimize performance and foster collaboration across teams.
    • Aim for a 95% attendance and active participation rate in all cross-functional activities.
  • Rules of Engagement (ROE) Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive Rules of Engagement focusing on data integrity, program usability, and success metrics.
    • Ensure 90% saturation of ROE documents across internal stakeholders to promote consistency and alignment.
  • SFDC Data Analysis and Management:
    • Utilize SFDC data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in partner solution attachment.
    • Target a 20% increase in flagship solution adoption quarter-over-quarter through data-driven strategies.
  • Reporting and Insights Delivery:
    • Develop and refine metrics tailored to different stages of the merchant journey.
    • Upgrade dashboards to monitor program efficacy and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
    • Provide weekly readouts and deliver an overall Program dashboard within six months to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Strategic Asset Management:
    • Audit and enhance existing partner enablement assets to fill gaps and meet evolving needs.
    • Curate and manage a comprehensive repository of assets tailored for Partner Managers and their partners.
    • Redesign 80% of legacy enablement assets as Partner Management Templates to streamline processes.
  • Program Adoption and Optimization:
    • Track and drive the adoption rate of partner management programs among managed partners.
    • Strive for a 90% adoption rate within the first six months of program implementation.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years professional experience, including 3+ years technology sales, partner management, or business development experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
  • Experience within an eCommerce organization driving adoption of a SaaS-based solution with Partners and their clients preferred. Technical Sales Engineering

Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and client / partner relationship skills are critical.

  • A Planner - Your have strong attention to detail, accurately scope out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks, and easily development and maintain schedules.
  • Driven - You are bottom-line oriented, can be counted on to exceed goals, and are constantly pushing yourself and others for results.
  • Flexible - You not only cope with change, you thrive on it and can shift gears comfortably.
  • Comfortable using technology - Strong Internet, email, and electronic document management skills. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
  • Travel Flexible - Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed. This job may require upwards of 50% travel (~25 weeks annually) to meet with partners which may require overnight stays or week long stays at locations (depending on project).

Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range (or have the minimum apply to them), but rather, the exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
