We are a small, fast-moving team based in NYC, passionate about building beautiful and functional products. We are constantly looking for creative ways to push the capabilities of iOS/watchOS to create an app that is more intelligent, fun, and integrated into our users’ lives.

Bevel launched in early 2024, and we’ve been lucky to see incredible growth and support from our users. We’re looking to bring on additional designers to help us build an ambitious roadmap. You’ll get an opportunity to shape the future of Bevel and have full ownership and creative freedom to create your life’s work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects

• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for features

• Scope and document requirements of features from a design standpoint

• Work closely with our engineers to deliver a product end-to-end

• Develop a deep understanding of the latest information and technology in the wearable/health space

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience

• A portfolio of excellent product designs

• Ability to take high-level concepts and turn them into well-scope requirements

• Ability to write effective design documentation

• Ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end

• Experience using Figma and building flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

• Obsessive about craft and excited about improving the health & fitness of others

• Multiple years of wearing an Apple Watch

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile apps

• Up-to-date on the best products in the health/fitness space

• Background in computer science
