So, what will you be doing?

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, delivery and continuous improvement vs commercial objectives of the Beauty Pie mobile app, working closely with the Product Lead for Member Engagement & Retention.
  • Prioritise and execute product initiatives that drive our key objectives like member engagement, retention, shopping frequency, and feature adoption.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-aligned product decisions — balancing investment and impact in collaboration with engineering, especially within a broader platform context.
  • Own the executional rigor of mobile delivery — ensuring strong delivery cadence, backlog hygiene, and alignment with engineering processes (including hands-on time in tools like Jira).
  • Lead discovery and experimentation using customer insights, behavioural data, and market research to shape product decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers and stakeholders to build simple, elegant mobile-first features — from concept to launch.
  • Champion a high-quality, native mobile UX experience that delights users and encourages daily use.
  • Develop and analyse app performance metrics, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.

  • Extensive experience in product management with a strong focus on mobile apps (iOS/Android). Past experience directly PM-ing mobile apps is required.
  • A track record of driving engagement and retention through habit-forming and high-quality native app experiences.
  • Strong data fluency and experience shaping and running experiments or iterative improvements based on insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders.
  • A bias for action, with strong organisational and executional skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for Beauty Pie’s mission and for building products that customers love.
  • Experience building gamified or loyalty-driven product features.
  • Experience in beauty, retail, wellness or membership-based business models.
