Product Manager (Acquisition & Conversion)
Beauty Pie
We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.
Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Product Manager to join our team and report into the Product Lead for Growth (Acquisition & Conversion). This is a mid-level role that requires a strong balance of hands-on delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to drive the development and optimization of our acquisition and conversion initiatives.
So, what will you be doing?
- Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of acquisition and conversion-focused initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and execute product improvements.
- Project Planning & Prioritization: Contribute to product roadmaps, define clear priorities, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business teams and product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and Acquisition KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate to shop, conversion rate to paid membership)
- Experimentation & Data Analysis: Define, track, and report on core acquisition and conversion metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvements.
- User Journey Optimization: Identify and remove friction points in the customer journey, improving the experience from awareness to first purchase.
- Strategic Input: Provide insights and recommendations on how to drive business growth through innovative product initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of scalable product processes and best practices within the team.
We believe it's all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. If you’re aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you’re really good at what you do (even if you don’t tick all the boxes) apply anyway!
- 3+ years in Product Management within a product-led organization, preferably in e-commerce or consumer technology.
- Strong execution skills with a track record of delivering impactful product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into details and drive operational excellence.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make trade-offs to balance short-term wins and long-term goals.
- Experience in experimentation and A/B testing frameworks to drive product improvements.
- (Nice to have) Experience working on growth, acquisition, or conversion optimization initiatives.
