So, what will you be doing?
- Collaborate with the Design Director to develop innovative and cohesive design concepts that align with the brand’s vision.
- Manage and develop a team of two designers
- Create visually appealing and functional packaging designs that enhance the brand's identity and appeal to the target audience.
- Design and produce printed materials, including advertisements, brochures, and posters, ensuring consistency and high quality across all outputs.
- Develop a variety of digital assets, including banners, email templates, and promotional graphics for the website and app.
- Design engaging social media content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement across platforms.
- Assist in designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the website and app, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the brand’s standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective design solutions, including marketing, new product development, and e-commerce.

- Prior design experience working in a design agency or in-house experience with a focus on both print and digital
- Prior people management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with web and app design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of print and digital design projects.
- Excellent visual and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
