We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.

Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with the Design Director to develop innovative and cohesive design concepts that align with the brand’s vision.
  • Manage and develop a team of two designers
  • Create visually appealing and functional packaging designs that enhance the brand's identity and appeal to the target audience.
  • Design and produce printed materials, including advertisements, brochures, and posters, ensuring consistency and high quality across all outputs.
  • Develop a variety of digital assets, including banners, email templates, and promotional graphics for the website and app.
  • Design engaging social media content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement across platforms.
  • Assist in designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the website and app, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the brand’s standards and guidelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective design solutions, including marketing, new product development, and e-commerce.

We believe it's all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. If you’re aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you’re really good at what you do (even if you don’t tick all the boxes) apply anyway!

  • Prior design experience working in a design agency or in-house experience with a focus on both print and digital
  • Prior people management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
